Did you know that 86 years ago, today, “Elm Farm Ollie” was the first cow to fly in an airplane. This happened 18 February 1930. She was not just the first cow to fly, she also became the first cow to be milked in flight.
We think the celebration of this groundbreaking event deserves a space level! Ollie, or “Nellie Jay” as she was called, is represented by the red filter pig, and of course you have to milk it in mid air, just like Nellie Jay was back in 1930.
